Are
Cheese n' Stuff was created because we wanted to be able to pursue our love of cooking while getting to travel. We all love cheese, and frankly, who doesn't!
We are very passionate about our food truck and it has exposed ur to many opportunities and cultures. The three of us have been best friends since elementary school and cooking together has brung us even closer. We all grew up in Southern California so we didn't want to leave. That's why we stay in Santa Monica and Los Angeles. Our life is here and we wanted to bring our passion to our hometowns.
Signature Dishes
Stuffed Mac and Cheese
This dish is a spin and your classic Mac and Cheese. We take our homemade pulled pork and top it on a bowl of creamy, delicious mac and cheese. It is topped with green onions and sauteed mushrooms.
Apple and Goat Cheese Salad
This salad is sweet, salty, tangy, and everything in between. We pair gala apples and goat cheese on a bed of iceberg lettuce. Mixed with croutons, tomatoes, and a tangy homemade apple dressing.
